About Our Programs

Through hands-on activities and education, we strive to empower and educate individuals to take control of their health and make informed food choices. Individuals will:

Afterschool Education Initiatives

We provide educational farming programs for kids, aiming to inspire the next generation of urban farmers. We teach about food sovereignty, nutrition, composting, and sustainable farming.

Nutrition Education For Older Adults

We teach food sovereignty, nutrition, composting, and sustainable farming to help seniors feel healthier and more vibrant through access to fresh produce.

Our Farm

We’re a local farm based in Chicago’s Austin neighborhood, providing fresh, local produce while educating communities on food sovereignty, nutrition, and sustainable practices.
